Black Box Delivery

Ray walked into the abandoned building to be surprised by the fact that the building had shown signs of being inhabited. Ray sniffed the air, it smelled like someone was in the building with him. "If there's anyone here, say hi!" Ray shouted as loud as he could and then waited a few seconds. There was no response.

Ray shrugged. Oh well... He followed the directions that Drew had given him and found an old abandoned dueling arena. Once again, he searched the room for life and found none. Unsure of what exactly to do, Ray just sat the black box down on the floor in the dueling arena.

"Human curiosity is just oh so sickening. It makes the best laid plans go awry."

Alastor flips his white hair as he walked over to the young boy with his back turned and kicks him onto the ground. After the boy had made contact with the ground, the white-haired individual had quickly stomped his foot on the boy's back and held it there.

"What the fuck are you doing here?"

Face down on the ground, Ray pointed to the black box. "Dewivering zat fror Drewer," said Ray with the floor muffling his voice.

Alastor continued to stomp on the kids back for a couple of minutes after hearing his answer. He was pleased that Drew had sent him the package, but it failed in comparison to tormenting the kid under him. Ignoring the fact that it was Drew's fault for this boy's appearance, he grabbed the kid by the hair and lifted him until he was standing up.

"Courier Rule #17: Always prepared for anything in your travels, may it be a minotaur, extraterrestrial, or even a time traveler. Maybe even a fellow courier, albeit a sadistic one such as myself."

He let go of the boy and let him continue on with his pathetic life. Alastor motioned for him to leave as he went to pick up the black box.

"Before you leave this place, for good hopefully, go into the main hall and pick up the crimson deck box and duel disk. I presume the school didn't give you one yet as a repercussion for their incompetence. The deck is dragons of some sort, yes?"

He began to ramble amongst himself and turned away from Ray as he wouldn't have anything to say to him. Alastor had immediately left the arena, leaving Ray alone.

Ray yawned as the mean older person walked away and then popped his neck back in place. Then he bend down and dusted himself off. If he wasn't used to the pain of being experimented on that might of hurt a little.

Then Ray noticed that the older person had disappeared and ran after him into the main hall. Quickly he glanced around, no one was in site. "Drew has some weird friends..." said Ray to himself as he walked down the main hallway towards the main door. Right in front of the exit there was a crimson duel disk and deck box.

Ray shrugged and then picked up the objects that had been left for him and shoved them inside his uniform. With these Ray had no need to go to the card shop anymore. After all, the deck he used in the Duel Academy's test was a structure deck he'd stolen from the lab. He was going to buy some more cards to see if he could improve his deck anymore with the money he'd also stolen from the labs.

He then made his way out of the abandoned building and then stopped at the edge of the forest. Urgh, he really didn't want to go back through that forest again. He could already hear the screams returning. Taking a deep breath Ray started running through the forest in an attempt to make it through as fast as possible.
